INSURANCE OF SWIMMING POOLS
Swimming pool package 1 including cover
1. The insurance covers all year round fixed pools or whirlpools as well as swimming ponds or biotopes on the insured property (minimum insurance value of the pool including covers and accessories EUR 4,000.00) up to the insurance sum shown on the policy in the amount of EUR 25,000.00 at 1st risk .
2. Damage to the swimming pool / whirlpool including its roofing, cover (also tarpaulins and foils) and pool surrounds are also insured. Insurance cover for damage to covers (tarpaulins and foils) up to max. EUR 5,000.00 within the scope of the insurance sum shown in item 1.
3. As an extension, breakage damage to the pipe system to or from the swimming pool (= own circuit) also applies.
4. Water leakage from the pool / whirlpool is the improper discharge of water from a pool and is considered to be insured. Damage caused by splashing water is not included in the insurance.
Swimming pool package 2 including cover and technology
1. The insurance covers all year round fixed pools or whirlpools as well as swimming ponds or biotopes on the insured property (minimum insurance value of the pool including covers and accessories EUR 4,000.00) up to the amount insured on the policy in the amount of EUR 50,000.00 at 1st risk .
2. Damage to the swimming pool / whirlpool including its roofing, cover (also tarpaulins and foils), swimming pool technology and pool surrounds are also insured. Insurance cover for damage to roofs, covers (except tarpaulins and foils), as well as pool borders, up to max. EUR 25,000.00 within the scope of the insured sum in section 1. Damages to tarpaulins and foils are up to max. EUR 5,000.00 insured within the scope of the insured sum shown in section 1.

5. The insured items of swimming pool technology include all connected fittings and devices, that is: pumps, switching and control technology, pool lighting (excluding illuminants) and
Pool heating, counterflow and dehumidification system, water treatment technology as well as pipes above ground level.
A pool robot is valid within the stated insurance sum of point 1 with a value of max. EUR 2,000.00 as part of the fire, storm damage and theft insurance.
